No sound is coming in my tv.
On 20,-04-2021, a complaint was lodged for providing a new Airtel set top box on the customer care no 033,44448080 . My old set top box was not functioning properly then.
The setop box provided on 20-04-21 was a refurbished one ( no warranty card,no user manual)
Suddenly from today morning there is no sound in my tv. I have already applied reset on the tv as guided by airtel service engineer.
Complaint has been lodged again on 033 44458080
I am being insisted by the service center staff to reschedule service date as they do not have HD set top box in stock now and it would take 3 to 4 days to arrange the same.
It was the same story against my earlier complaint.
- I need a brand new set top box,please for which payment was made as per customer service demand
