I bought a Samsung galaxy M13 phone from Amazon on 22/06/2023 which was delivered to me by amazon on 23/06/2023…After 25 days of use.. suddenly on 18/07/2023 my phone got locked automatically and I got a message from Amazon that….There is an issue detected in the purchase of your phone.Please reach out to the retailer you purchased your phone from to resolve the issue.If purchased from Amazon please login to the Amazon app from the account through which the phone was purchased and call Amazon customer service via the menu….As I received this message I have been calling customer care from yesterday itself regarding my problem….Amazon told me to go the authorised service centre of the brand of which the product is i.e. Samsung…when I went to the authorised service centre of Samsung….I was told by them that the phone sold to me by amazon is a refurbished phone…when they checked the IMEI on internet they told me that the activation date of my phone is 06/11/2022 where as the phone was purchased by me on 22/06/2023 and was delivered to me on 23/06/2023…So I would kindly request to help me with this fraud committed by amazon
