i have ordered refurbished phone from Flipkart I am and I am facing very much issue with that phone that phone is having a battery issue battery drainage issue when I am recording a video noises coming from the phone So I have decided to return this product and receive my refund I have requested seven times to return this product but Flipkart has declined my request seven times and I am very disappointed with Flipkart customer care when I have shared all my problems to Flipkart customer care they told that wait a minute we’re checking what problem you are facing they took my call to hold and they cut the phone this happened three times I don’t know why I have never expected this from Flipkart customer care because I am regular user of Flipkart I always buy things from Flipkart I want my refund Otherwise I will complain to the higher authority because this is not a joke that I am requesting my order to refund but you are always cancelling the request I don’t know why why the seller is always cancelling my request I am only returning this product because this product is having many problems so please take this product and give my refund plzzz
