I ordered in filkcart redmi note 6pro mobile July 30evening delivered,but mobile didn’t turn on,so I called filkcart customer service she told contact brand showroom,so I contact mi customer service,he told visit brand,he will solve the problem, July 31,I visited mi showroom and he said this is republished product I can’t do anything for this mobile why because it’s not in warranty this is republished mobile so, you contact filkcart customer service, again I called filkcart customer service before August 5th your issue solved,I got call next but not solved 10times I make complaint, again call came problem solved coming, still now also problem not solved,2weeks is done problem not solved, please solve my problem sir,,,,.
