Returned the product. Refunds not given but shows on app that refunds are given. On calling customer care I am given some 20 plus digit on phone which is mix of numeric, alpha , uppercase and lowercase and i am supposed to note it correctly and take it to my bank which is 400 km away in my hometown and then go raise 2 refund forms to get my refund back. Tata cliq is a sophisticated way to steal money as either the person will not be abke to go to the bank for such issues or the wiered AWB NO. will be incorrectly. Pls let me know how can i spread more about the theft they are doing. Already written on 8 places . Want to write more about it so that peolle know about their return policy
