I have ordered a back cover for my oppo reno 3pro mobile which is from casotec brand.I have received my order on 20 March,I was at work on delivery time ,I have payed him online .I checked it after 2 hours and I knew that it wasn’t that I ordered,then I applied return order and for refunding my money .the next day they came to my home and took the order from me on 21 march.till today I didn’t got my money back
