I have been charged for a purchase, as evidenced by the deduction from my UPI account, but I have not received the service. It appears to be a scam because money is being deducted without UC being added to my gaming account. This situation is concerning as I am not receiving the service I paid for. If the service cannot be provided, I request a refund. Such transactions make it difficult to trust the process when money is being deducted without receiving the promised service.
