im ashok, recently i had purchased a laptop from flipkart with order ID:OD123928999995660000 and initially im received a defect product with corrupted hard disk and after that its replaced and from that im facing several issues with the laptop like its very slow and after bootup its taking too much time to ready and when open the google chrome its been hanging and some time at the time of boot-up its making some sounds and same was escalated on 05/02/2022
from that day i have been doing followup with customer care and they confirmed product would be returned and amount should refunded same was confirmed by flipkart and lenovo people
for that refund flipkart people had given a fixed date 28/02/2022 but in mean time no one has not contacted to me and refund was cancelled without prior information
and again im contacted customer care and again they gave a trust that amount would be refunded and product will be taken for this resolution they had asked me for 2 days of time and im also agreed to that
after two days im again contacted to customer care and they said resolution is under process and once it resolved they will refund my amount but till now i didn’t receive any call and still laptop is lying with me without using it
for the neglence of flipkart people im paying my EMI
