I have make a transaction at FreeCharge for the amount of 470rs on nov30 2020 using paytmpayments bank upi and they can’t provide the service for this amount and they initated refund only on Jan 11 2021,but I can’t receive the amount of 470rs till now , paytmpayments bank can’t make charge back against merchant FreeCharge after jan11 2021 ,free charge tells they refunded my amount to my account you can contact bank ,both are playing with my money for 4 months
