Airtel a cheat Co. I had recharged my Mobile thro’ ICICI CREDIT CARD acct. online well in advance before the expiry date.
I had recd. the confirmatory message from Airtel. that the txn no:011222(REF NO4457669308 ON 23/08/2020) and the payment of Rs 2398/-(ANNUEL PLAN after discounted rate) will be posted within 4 hrs. However nothing materialised so far, they have disconnected my outgoing calls from phone & sending reminders to recharge my mobile. EvenICICI has also confirmed my payment of Rs.2398/- which was debited from my acct. and paid to Airtel (airtel RP Bengaloru)as per Bank’s…..txn no: above mentioned
My repeated E-mail to 121@airtel.com / 121@in.airtel.com over the last 7 days are not replied yet.
I would need the money refunded back to my acct before I decide finally wether to continue further with Airtel.
