I have raised disconnection request for my broadband connection in Jio Fiber but it’s been more than 20 days they’re not start processing refund process. In fact they’ve not picking up their router too. Everyday they’re creating a new request for device pickup but not sending anyone.
They do not wanted to refund my deposit amount.
I request you to please help here.
