I booked a ticket from travolook.in but right after booking, the ticket got cancelled from their end. They have sent an email stating they will refund the amount in 15 days, but since then it has been close to 2 months, yet refund is to be processed. Every time we call, they ask us to wait for another 5-7 days. The agents Ms. Pooja Tomar and Ms. Jyoti Kumari are just making the customers roam here and there and no professionalism on the call and when they do not have any answers, they simply disconnect the call. Please help in getting my refund
