Hi,

I had booked my airtel.black on 12th nov payment was done ..sales team said in mua rea feseability is there. .later engineer visited and said connection is not possible ..and ingot message saying box has been cancelled and amount will be refunded soon..its 4 days still amount is not refunded ..

Why was it not told before booking ..amount I transferred ..sales team confirmed connection feseability is available in my location ..now I have run pillar to pillar for refund

  1. I have also encountered the same problem recently. Booked and paid the amount 2829 within a few minutes. The representative on call had confirmed the availability and seemed to know my area too. Later the installation guys told me your house is very far.
    Later at night, I received a message that “our team is upgrading the network in your area and will contact you within 72 hours”
    2 days later another message same as yours, “due to some feasibility constraint in your locality…”. It’s been over 24 hours since that message and I haven’t received any refund.
