Dear sir,
I have applied for 2 year warranty extention with respect to front load washing machine. Payment was made on 5 apr 22 but order was not delivered till 11 apr 22. I called customer care and raised the issue as warranty was going to expired on 14 apr 22. Customer care individual, Mr Vikas suggested that this has cancelled; amount will be refunded in 72 hrs and please get it done through nearest service centre in srinagar. I got the details from him and got it done on 12 th apr.
On 14th apr order of online was received wherein details of washing machine and photo required to be given. But this time I had already got the warranty extention.. one product can”t have two warranty for same duration. Please refund our amount Rs 3830 at the earliest. Order no was 11066456666.
I have made more than 35 calls to customer care still not resolved.
Please do the needful. It was assured that refund ll be initiated within seven days but till today refund could not be processed and received..
Please initiate refund at the earliest..
