Dear sir / Madam
I was booked a flight ticket from Lucknow to kochi on 19.08.2022 by Travolook agency and after 10 mint ticket was cancelled by travel look agency when I was called them about refund they said to me it will be credit in your wallet with in 4 working days , but still I didn’t receive amount since from last 2 month every day they are given fake promises (sir it will be done 2 days) like that ! Sir this was happened 2nd time with me by TRAVOLOOK same thing they did with me 06 month back and refund was credit in my wallet after 90 days !! please do the needful.
