I booked flight on 18.05.2021 from Madurai to Chennai for travelling on 19.05.2021, the booking ticket is Rs.2348/- and my reference booking no. is REF959822216. They told that booking cancelled due to technical issue, amount would be refund in 10- 15 working days. But not yet received, Then I called Customer care team, they told to wait for 7 -10 working days.Till now I didn’t receive my refund amount. Kindly do the needful.
