My Order ID: 406-8174220-8011529
On 13th October’22 I have returned an item to Amazon’s Pick Up delivery executive and even after 10days I didn’t received any refund. So I had a word with Amazon Customer Care Service and the answer was embarassed me. They said that the product which was returned by me was duplicate item. Hence they are not helpful further.

1. First of all I would like convey that, I have returned the same product which was delivered by Amazon.

2. As per Amazon CC reply, if I sent an duplicate item it should be returned to me immediately or informed over call or mail. Which is not happened in my case.

3. Untill I called customer care they dint provided me the update or issue regarding.

4. I am requesting them to provide a resolution or else share me the investigation details to file a case or proceed with legal proceedings. But they are not responding properly.

5. When I tried to escalate the issue, Amazon CC executives has disconnected the call from their end and confirming that Specialists Team is last team to address the issue.

6. I have all call recordings and chat history where my requests was denied by Amazon
