Sir,
On 23.01.2020 I booked the flight ticket of air India dated 02.04.20 Mangalore to Mumbai.
Through VIA.COM. Due to covid 19 flight was cancelled. I contacted Air India for cancellation of the ticket. They told me the ticket was cancelled, a d amount is refunded to Via.com. But past 20 days I am calling them they are not receiving the called , I also mailed them for refund of money. They are not replying and also not returning the money
I am the senior citizen. I urgently need the money. Please help me. My ticket no is 0983757175976.
