I have booked 2 tickets on behalf of my parents from travolook on 3rd Feb, 2021 and as confirmed by airlines someone from travolook agency called and cancelled both tickets since there was change in flight timings. Also as confirmed by travolook there is a request raised on 13th March, 2021 for refund amount and I haven’t received my refund yet. I have been following with customer care and everytime they are saying it will take 7-10 working days.
So please initiate action against them.
