I Ankit Aggarwal from Badarpur, New Delhi has done the recharge of Rs1498(365 days validity) on 25 nov.2021 at my airtel mobile no.9555549493 . The company has to activate this plan after my existing plan expire as it is clearly mention on their websites and also company is sending the notification.
In notification, it is clearly stated that new plan will be active after the expiry of existing plan as airtel is revising the prices of the plans.. I have also attached the screenshot of the same.
But the company has active my plan of Rs 1498 on 25 nov.2021 plan before the expiry of my existing plan. My existing plan (Rs 379) will expire on 31 Jan 2021.
Kindly provide me the refund of Rs 1498 or provide me the relevant solution.
