Text of Complaint by D Swathi:

I have taken 6months Jio fiber plan, after 1month i moved to another place, and when i asked for shifting by calling to customer care, they said they don’t have service there in that place and when i asked for termination they said, the number of days used amount will be deducted and remaining amount will be refunded. but after submitting device and after 20 days, when i called again for refund amount, there are saying, we don’t give refund if you terminated in between. if they have told this before itself i have not terminated the services.
very bad experience with Jio fiber customer care, they give wrong information and when asked again another executives says , “sorry for inconvenience caused to you”, now we are giving correct information, what the another person told i don’t know (the statement will be like we don’t bother other JIO employee information what they gave (its like the before executive is not like jio employee, he told his personal views) and another executive says, you are talking with me first time (customer care will have 1000’s of employee’s, how can they say, “you may talked with other person” but you are talking with me first time (over smartness)).
