Ordered 3 items on 11/12/2020 and cancelled one item. Item name :- samsung galaxy m31 ocean blue. Amount to be refunded:- 16499. Order number:- 403-2141469-0341159 and 403-1008109-2685134 Its been days i haven’t got the refund and they can’t even provide reference number. Contacted amazon customer support several times they only extend dates and ask me to wait.
