I have booked a ticket from travolook.in website from Patna to Silchar on 29th January 2022. Booking reference number: REF632434465. They deducted the money from my account and after half n hour they are calling that my booking got cancelled and amount will refund to my account. it is going to complete one year but refund not processed, after making a call to customer care, getting one answer that your refund will be credited in next 3-4 days.
