I HAVE BOOKED MY FLIGHT TICKET AT YOUR WEBSITE.
THE TICKED WAS BOOKED ON DT – 04.OCT.2021 (REFERENCE ID – REF588111155) BUT NOT CONFIRMED & HENCE CANCELLED.
HOWEVER, STILL THE REFUND AMOUNT OF RS. 5282/= IS NOT CREDITED IN MY ACCOUNT (A/C STATEMENT OF LAST ONE MONTH ENCLOSED FOR YOUR REFERENCE).
PLZ EXPEDITE THE PROCESS AND CREDIT THE SAME ASAP AS ALLREADY SO MUCH TIME HAS LAPSED
