This email serves as a final notice regarding my unresolved refund request.

From the very beginning—both in my first email and during our initial phone call—I clearly and explicitly stated that I do not consent to any extension or renewal of the service. Despite this, I continue to receive repeated calls attempting to pressure me into extending the service, while my refund request has been completely ignored.

Your continued attempts to contact me for an extension, instead of addressing the refund request already raised, are unprofessional and unacceptable.

To be absolutely clear:

I do not authorize any extension or renewal of the service.

I require an immediate update and processing of my refund.

I expect written confirmation of the refund status without further delay.
Hi Guru, Bhasha and Mr Jagan,

This message serves as a formal notice regarding the pending refund that was promised but has still not been processed.
It has now been more than 4 days since the last communication from your team, and despite repeated follow-ups, there has been absolutely no update regarding the refund status. This level of silence and lack of accountability is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable from a company like NoBroker.

Additionally, Mr. Jagan, who was previously handling the matter, has completely stopped responding and has effectively disappeared from communication. This behaviour raises serious concerns about your company’s customer service standards and commitment to resolving customer issues.

Please treat this message as a final request for immediate clarification and refund processing. If the refund is not completed or a clear written confirmation is not provided within 24 hours, I will be left with no option but to initiate formal action, including filing complaints through the appropriate legal and consumer protection channels.

I sincerely hope this matter can be resolved promptly without the need for escalation. However, if necessary, I am fully prepared to pursue the legal route to recover my money and report this matter to the relevant authorities.

Kindly provide an immediate update.

It has now been more than 4 days, and I have not received a single proper response from anyone marked in this email. Jagan has neither responded to my emails nor returned my calls. This is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your client service standards.

When the package was being sold to me, I was receiving calls every 15 minutes. However, now that I am requesting a refund and need support, there has been absolute silence. Is this the level of service NoBroker provides to its customers after payment is made?

None of the members marked in this email seem bothered to even acknowledge the issue. This kind of unresponsiveness is unprofessional and highly frustrating.

I demand an immediate update on my refund status and a clear timeline for resolution. If I do not receive a response promptly, I will have no option but to escalate this matter to higher authorities and explore further action.

Tenant’s security deposit will be deposited into the owner’s account.
Quarterly inspection reports will be shared with the owner.
Tenant CCV reports will be provided; police verification assistance on request.
Rent (net of fee) will be transferred by the 10th of every month; delay attracts ₹50/day.
6-month security deposit from tenant: 5 months to owner, 1 months retained by NoBroker to manage early exits.
Between Owner and Tenant
NoBroker will act as the authorized representative for rent and deposit collection.
6-month lock-in period; early exit incurs 1 month rent deduction from the deposit.
15 days’ token amount adjusted toward total deposit.
11-month rental agreement between tenant and NoBroker; renewals mutually decided.
Negative CCV report results in 2-month deposit forfeiture; tenant to vacate within 1 day.
Monthly rent due by the 5th; late payments charged ₹100/day.
Tenant responsible for damages, utilities, and society fees.
1-month rent deducted from tenant’s deposit for next-tenant readiness.
Either party may terminate with 1-month notice post lock-in.
Agreement effective from move-in date or agreement date, whichever is later.
Refund Conditions (Plan Fee – 22,499/-)
A full refund of ₹22,499/- is applicable under any of the following:
NoBroker is unable to finalize a tenant within 60 days.
Owner finds a tenant independently within plan validity and provides a valid Rental Agreement (matching tenant type, BHK, sq. ft., rent, and deposit).
Owner finalizes a tenant before NoBroker and provides a valid Rental Agreement.
Note: Apart from the above, there are no hidden conditions for refunds.
