Dear Sir, Ma’am
I had ordered U-TECH Misty White 9 Ltr. UV+UF+ Adv.Copper Elec. Boiling (No
Water Wastage) Technology Water Purifier (ORDER # 406-2021216-0264366) from Amazon which was delivered to me on 14 June 2021. I was dissatisfied by the
performance and put a request to return it on 18 June 2021 which was
approved. On 20 June 2021 (today) I got an SMS that amazon is coming to
collect the product. Accordingly I packed the item.
At around 11 a.m. a guy named Altaf (9784130818) from amazon came and
collected the item (He showed my name in his portal). After an hour around
12 p.m. another person came and asked for the packet. I told him that I
already handed it over. But he told me that he was supposed to take the
item.
However, I have called Altaf for confirmation. He confirmed that he picked
up the item. He is from E Com Jodhpur. Amazon instructed him to pick my
item.
It is a clear mismanagement from Amazon. I do not see what my mistake
is. I packed the item and handed it over to amazon as directed. Kindly resolve it as
soon as possible and initiate my refund.
