Hi,

This side Nitesh, I disconnected my JIO fiber services on October 11th and per the plan i was suppose to get my refund in 15 days. Connected with JIO customer care registered my complaint twice with services request number SR000012N4H9 & SR000012JJOW but now action yet on this. Can you please have a look into this.
