I made a purchase for flowers of Ra, 2777 on August 10, 2023, with a delivery window of August 14, 2023, between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM for Jamnagar, Gujarat. To my dismay, on August 12th, I received a call from your team claiming an issue at the Jamnagar branch that prevented the order’s fulfillment and stated that the branch of Jamnagar is facing issues and the order will not be delivered. During this call, I was assured of an impending refund to the card I used for payment. but haven’t received the refund yet
