Text of Complaint by Rajat:

0 days back I made the online advance payment for an Airtel broadband connection but due to some wiring issue at my location and KYC doc issue ,it was told to me that connection cannot be installed at my home. The person I was dealing with had told me that he has initiated the refund procedure but as of now I have got no notification/intimation of the same and that guy is not responding to my calls now.
I have escalated and sent mail regarding my grievance to respective NODAL authorities and 121 email  but as of now no valid response from their side. Let aloan respond, I have not received a single phone call from the Airtel side and have zero visibility about my refund.
