I had ordered a product on 1st Nov 2022, was returned on 5th Nov, I’m still waiting for refund.
I had called many many times, no resolutions but lies, they also talk rudely, disconnect calls & not callback.
I need this to be actioned,
Even a product I returned yesterday, they are not ok initiating refund to my account, but to their pay account.
To use it to buy other things.
I need my money back,
& frustrations, time waste calling them, disrespect when they disconnect calls.
I’m done, I need it to be taken further.
