Dear sir,
I have purcase a new connection for jio fiber on 23 april but they not able to install equipment due to unavailability of fiber in that particular area.
So they have cancled my connection request and asure me to refund my security deposit amount with in 7 to 14 working days through mail and sms.
But now 3 months has been passed but they did not refund me any amount from my security deposit.
I have already communicate with them through mail and customer care numberĀ multiple times but they did not give me any timeline or date when issue will be resolved they continuously misguiding and starching this kind of a small issue.
Now i am also so much puzzled and harassed from them finally i have decided to log a compalint against them in consumer court.
Pls help me to get the issue resolved from them.
