I had booked ticket from PAT to HYD on 13 Dec 2021. After money deduction they gave a mail of ticket cancellation instead of ticket confirmation. And also ask 7 to 10 working day for refund but till now they have not refunded. And they also do not give any response of mail. Many time i called to care but as per there rule they started game ‘ Tarikh pe tarikh tarikh pe tarikh’.
