Hi,
This is to bring to your notice that, i have done one Erecharge by mistake which was of Rs. 199. Already my plan is running of Rs. 499, which will get over in the month of June-19. Now when I request your team member to return or refund Rs. 199 in my Airtel wallet, then why they are not refunding that amount. As I’m not going to use that data, bcz I want to divert my number from prepaid to postpaid.
And this is to bring to your notice that your executives are not well trained as per the customer satisfaction. Kindly get them trained well and ask them to share correct details once we asked. They shared me wrong mail ID yo complain.
