With respect i purchased a smart watch on 11 Feb 2021, unfortunately it was a different product so I coll customer Care Executive for the redressal of this issue. Since then more than a month has passed they have failed to refund my amount as well as failed to pick up the product. Whenever I call Executives for this problems one Executive tells one thing and others say something else. Then they transferred their calls to TL but they also failed to redress my issue. I have attached a screenshot of the mails I received from there side for this. They are creating pickups only and i talked to Manager of delivery center they said that they are not sending us email regarding this pickup so that’s why we are unable to pick up your product
