Dear Sir/Madam, I bought new ticket between OMAN/MUSCAT to CHENNAI/INDIA at Air India office in Chennai Airport on 18- Feb during my travel to OMAN . My E ticket number 0982134838747, date of travel is 02/03/21but I cancelled it before 10days from my date of travel due to personal issue. I have communicated with Air India thru Email, customer care number with so many times to refund my amount thru my credit card but they didn’t refund till now.
