Text of Complaint by Srinivasa Gopalan:

I was using Jio Fiber internet service from Aug 2022 till mid Sep 2025, due to poor support provided by them I disconnected Jio Fiber service after 3 years. I paid for 3 months advance rental during my Jul-Aug billing cycle which is till Nov 20th, 2025. Since I disconnected the service during mid of Sep I am requesting a refund for the 2 Months advance amount I paid (Rs 2121)
Attaching my billing statement I received in Sep 2025 where it clear says I paid Rs 2121 in excess
