I am writing to file a formal complaint against Be10x and request a full refund of ₹7198.05, which I paid via Google Pay. The course quality was significantly below expectations and did not match the advertised content. Despite multiple communications detailing my dissatisfaction with the misleading advertising, poor material quality, and rude behavior from Be10x, my concerns have been ignored. Additionally, Be10x has threatened to suspend my access unless I pay the remaining amount, which is unacceptable and exacerbates my dissatisfaction. The negative reviews I have found online further support my decision to seek a refund.
