I have placed two orders for reselling vide order number #50201957132 & #13339788253 on 07th Oct,2021 and the orders have been delivered to customer’s given address on 17th, Oct,2021.
But I had to put a refund request as because the customer had some quality related issues with the products.
After that, on 26th Oct, 2021, the reverse pick up was cancelled by meesho and when I called meesho’s help section, the executive told me that no need to do anything from my side, meesho will do the needful within 2-3 days.
After 3-4 days, when I called again in meesho’s help section, the executive told me that the refund request not acceptable as because the time period for refund has already been gone.
Now, the problem is, my customer do not want to take the products because of quality issue and it will be a big financial loss for me just because of misguidance of meesho’s customer care executive.
Request you to help me to pick up the products and refund money.
