I was been told that I will be getting 60mbps speed .After i did online payment JAYA prasad promised me of connection on the same day, the technician called and saying max speed i will get is 10 to 14 Mbps.
I told them on the same day itself that I want to go ahead with cancellation. They promissed me thag I will be getting a refund in 3-4 days I also called the customer care they said that the refund will be done. I am still waiting there is no update.
