Hello Team,

I have requested for Airtel Broadband connect for via Airtel Website. I have contacted by M. Kumar who claimed himself Airtel Sales manager phone number 9940408300. He asked to pay Rs. 2828/- for broad band connection and he sent me the Airtel link and have paid on 3-Dec-2020 and I have got the broadband installed.

Mr. Kumar told me I can get Airtel Xtream at 1500 and he asked me to pay for 1500 for Airtel Xtream when I asked for Airtel link he told me to pay via Google pay. I have pad 1500 via google pay on 12-Dec-2020 (please refer screenshot below). But I haven’t get the Airtel Xtream connection.

When I asked refund money from M Kumar he promised that he will refund my money. Later on he blocked my number and not giving my money back. Kindly take necessary action against him.

Also, I need my money back.
