I have recently disconnected my connection and requested for refund but since 30-40days the team is not returning my amount they are just opening and closing the ticket and telling u will get it first they said I will get amount on 22-6-21 and then 26-6-21 and now just when I called them more 7 days they are telling they are just not responding properly and I request to concern authority that I need my refund in 24hrs because I have waited a long time for it and thought to file a complaint on this issue hope this issue will be solved soon hoping for solving my problem
