Text of Complaint by Manali Chougule:

An automatic payment of ₹699.00 was deducted for Quick TV (MohallaTech Private Limited), but the subscription/service has not been activated at all. I have received no service despite payment. This is unacceptable. I demand an immediate and full refund of ₹699.00. If not resolved promptly, I will escalate this issue through Google Play, my bank, and consumer grievance channels.
