I purchased laptop on 23rd June 2023
Suddenly it stopped working than I reported to acer service center on 21st Feb (CASE ID 72366C) where I got to know from Naren Shah senior person of that service center.
Naren Shah mentioned motherboard is defected and he said it needs to be replaced for that I waited for 2 weeks but did not got any update they mentioned they have raised a request for ne motherboard and they’re not aware how much time it will take.
After 1 month passed we still hear the same excuses from Naren Shah that he don’t have any idea.
Today 27th Mar after new motherboard arrived when it was installed now they are saying there is nothing wrong with original motherboard for which we waited more that one month and they got to know issue is with the keyboard.
After all this experience I am not able to trust on anyone sitting in this service center because this Laptop was a gift to my younger sister who uses this for her studies an because of all this happening we are not getting anywhere.
Please look into this situation an get us resolution for this ASAP.
