An executive from Airtel had came and booked a new broadband connection and we paid him the connection fee, but few days passed yet no one came and installed the broadband or even contacted us . So we called the same executive and told to cancel our order . He’s saying he did cancel the order and the refund has already been initiated but we didn’t get the money at all. If we contact the executive he’s talking rashly and not responding well
