I was using BIG BAZAAR application to order groceries . I added around Rs 800 in Big Bazaar wallet and when I tried to order from Big Bazaar , the app was not getting opened and later Big Bazaar near my home got close . They didn’t even inform me or refunded my money . This is totally scam and I feel like I’ve been cheated by such big Corporations . That is my hard earned money and I need that refund and apology from Future Group for such incompetent and unprofessional behavior. I tried few months and contacted whatever number I found online and non of them were useful . I’m sure this must be happened with lot of people in India . There money as well stucked in Big Bazar wallet and not refunded . This is totally a fraud and I’m sad that government is not taking this seriously . This needs to be taken seriously and each and every penny of consumers needs to be refunded by FUTURE GROUP and victims should be compensated fairly for such unprofessional act .

Hi, I too am facing the same issue. Consumer forum is not taking any complaints and stating that we do not have any information regarding Future pay/Big Bazaar/Hypercity. Please let me know once you find any solution to this as my money too is stuck in this Future group scam.
