Hi,
I had booked a ticket from Kolhapur to Bangalore, at 3:11pm today. On contacting the travels, they had asked me to cancel my ticket since the bus delayed by 3 hours. Thereafter, on cancelling my ticket, I have not received a refund. I request you to reimburse the remaining amount since the cancellation was not my fault.
