Hi, I received my product from Flipkart on 20th April. After multiple follow-ups with Flipkart, as I haven’t received my product on their promised delivery date, I received a damaged product and raised a return and refund request on 23rd April. The return and refund policy is complicated to raise at Flipkart. I finally raised a request. They asked me to share pictures of the product and ID proof. I had attached all relevant documents, and they rejected my return again. I raised a request via toll-free number, but they haven’t responded appropriately. They disconnected my call multiple times in the middle of my conversation, but I still tried it patiently. In addition to this, I mailed all my conversations to Flipkart Grievance, but there was no response from the Flipkart team. Finally, I want to say that Flipkart people are trying to sell defective products to the customer, and they are not yet all supportive of the customers. No response on any emails even raised a request to the Grievance team and Customer Support Team. Please help me on this issue, raised a request many times, and still, there is no response from Flipkart.
