Text of Complaint by Subheksha:

More than a month ago I ordered a few things on Myntra. Out of which there were two products: one to be returned and one to be exchanged. The pickup guy who came to take the return wrongly took the exchange product. We have been struggling ever since to receive our refund back or atleast the replacement product.
Myntra has shown no consideration in helping us so far and this has caused us a lot of trouble.
