I ordered a renewed mobile on Amazon on October 24th and on February 25th it stopped working. Since I had 6 months warranty service on this I contacted Amazon regarding this after contacting them for 15days finally on 12th March they told me to contact the seller and I did it. Seller asked me to send my product to him through his delivery service and didn’t give me an option of refund/replacement but repair only and I sent him my mobile on 14th March. And estimated delivery time was for 15days but even after 20 days there was no response after 25 days he got my mobile to him and now it takes another 25 days for me to get my mobile which is I don’t want. I opted for an refund/replacement but they’re not providing any and when I asked for Denial letter they’re not providing it too and Amazon also not responding regarding this
