Hi I have booked a bus from coimbatore to virudhacham on sep 16 th 10 20 pm. But I got a call from bus operators at 7 pm they said the bus got breakdown so ll get refund in 15 hrs but since it’s been 24 hrs I didn’t get any refund. I have tried to contact bus operators and MakeMyTrip customer service also but no response. Please help me to solve this problem.
